2021 Dinner in the Vineyard
Saturday, August 21, 2021
Come together as a community and Create Hope for our unsheltered community members.  Together, we can end homelessness in north Sonoma County.  Dinner in the Vineyards will feature heart-warming stories of those you have helped, a Live and Silent Auction and evening of inspiration.

Because of you and events like Dinner in the Vineyards we are able to help those who are needing it most.  Below are some heart-warming stories from 2020 that you helped make happen.  Thank you so much for your support.

  • Our team met a young lady on the Joe Rodota trail who was pregnant, scared and without access to care. We provided her with support to obtain prenatal care, which led to her reuniting with her family. She now has a healthy baby!

  • Long-time homeless resident in Cloverdale had lip cancer and was able to get care in time to stop the cancer from spreading to his lymph nodes and throat because of our Street Medicine Program. We were able to connect him with a Primary Care Provider who referred him to a surgeon. He is now cancer free.

  • A blind man in Healdsburg was able to get his sight restored by having cataracts removed. By building a relationship and trust, our Street Outreach Team was able to encourage him to make the appointment and have surgery. This is often a big step for a person who has lost faith and trust in people. He is now able to see and can work.

  • In the past 4 months, 2 families in our Supportive Housing Programs graduated into subsidized housing that they had been waiting for over 2 years.

  • 3 homeless single moms and their children moved into Reach for Home managed units and are receiving ongoing support and assistance.

Join us this year for Dinner in the Vineyards to continue to change people's lives!
