One 3 Liter bottle of Kosta Browne's 2014 Cohn Vineyard Pinot Noir from one of the oldest Pinot vineyards in Sonoma County.  Cohn is small but perfectly formed, tucked near Healdsburg off West Side Road. The soils at Cohn are very special and they lend the wine a significant mineral and spice component.  Nose: Rich red raspberry, bright cherry, creamy vanilla, white pepper, kola and earth. Mouth: Juicy raspberry, cherry sweet spice. Deep plum and ripe black cherry mid palate with vanilla, cola and wild strawberries.

One 3 Liter bottle of Kosta Browne's 2010 Russian River Pinot.  This Pinot Noir is a blend of eleven vineyards which lie in cool areas throughout the Russian River Valley. Russian River Valley is a complex region and because Kosta Browne sources fruit from this area their Pinot Noir has many layers and complexities. The wine shows a range of bright red fruits to brambly voluptuous characteristics, all hallmark characteristics of the appellation.
